Charter enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when the agreed charter terms, payment requirements, and operator conditions have been accepted.

Guest responsibility

Guests must follow captain and crew instructions, respect safety requirements, and provide accurate information about group size, preferences, and any relevant health or mobility needs.

Third-party operators

Some charters may be operated by trusted third-party vessel owners or operators. Their own terms may also apply.

We aim to provide accurate information and careful recommendations, but we are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, sea conditions, port restrictions, vessel availability, or third-party service changes.
